Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions and Renewal
StoryNight subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Your card statement will show the billing descriptor displayed at checkout. The current price, billing frequency, and any introductory or trial terms are shown on the checkout page before you confirm a purchase.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account, which opens our secure billing portal. Cancellation stops all future charges. After you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a period unless required by law. You may also request cancellation by emailing support@storynight.io with the email address on your account.
Day Passes and One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases such as day passes grant access for the stated duration and do not auto-renew. Because access is delivered immediately, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once the access period has begun, except where required by law.
Refunds
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or were unable to access the Service due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate. Refund requests should be sent to support@storynight.io within 30 days of the charge in question. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds may not be available for charges associated with activity that violates our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in your account being suspended.
