Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StoryNight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Age Requirement (18+)

StoryNight may contain mature, adult-oriented interactive fiction. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access or use the Service. By using StoryNight you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may present an age verification gate and may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on StoryNight, whether authored by you, requested in prompts, or generated through interaction with our AI. Our generation guardrails actively block these categories, and any attempt to produce or solicit them will result in removal and may result in account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

• Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, children, or persons depicted, described, or implied to be under 18 — including ambiguous-age or age-regressed characters. This is a zero-tolerance rule.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including rape, coercion, or sexual content involving incapacitated or unconscious persons.
• Incest or sexual content between close family members.
• Bestiality or sexual content involving animals.
• Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual distribution of intimate images.
• Content depicting or glorifying extreme violence, gore, or self-harm presented for sexual gratification.
• Any content that is illegal under applicable law, or that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against real individuals or groups.

All sexual or romantic content permitted on the Service must involve consenting adults only. Reports of prohibited content can be submitted through the shutdown support form.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Content and Conduct

When creating stories or prompts on StoryNight, you agree to:

• Keep generated scenes within the published romance boundary
• Not create romantic or intimate content involving minors
• Not use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Not attempt to circumvent safety features or content filters
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose

AI-Generated Content

Stories on StoryNight are generated or assisted by AI. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We are not responsible for the specific content of AI-generated stories.

Intellectual Property

Stories you create using StoryNight are yours to enjoy privately. Public generated story publishing is disabled at launch. The StoryNight platform, its design, code, and pre-built story content remain the property of StoryNight.

Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

Some features require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; your card statement will show the billing descriptor displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing page, and cancellation stops future charges. Limitation of Liability

StoryNight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
